The historical formation is a must for a law students in any formative model. It provides an overview of the origins, evolution, current state and prospects of institutions both in public and private law. If such model is non-systemic, amorphous and there is a low perception of this importance to the practice of the profession, the impact on vocational training will be negative or at least useless. Therefore, a systemic, integrated an professionalizing historical formation is necessary, which achieves an articulation of this process based on the Historic Fundamental of State and Law, as a leading discipline, spreading to the rest of the disciplines of the major, enhancing problematic teaching based on a proper competence – based formation to develop the capacity to integrate Knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in the solution of professional problemsDownloads
