Abstract

That work deals with three related aspects. On one hand, it analyzes the new course and the new exam that law students must pass to practice as lawyers. Secondly, the study informs about the Barcelona school of law and its activity to face those news challenges. And finally, the work promotes discussion about the new system in relation to the need of promoting empathy in legal studies.
