The starting point of this article is the importance of reflective practice and its impact on the daily work of education professionals. It presents two resources created by the Research Group on Moral Education (Grup de Recerca en Educació Moral, GREM), which aim to contribute to generating processes of individual and collective reflection related to Service-Learning (SL). The first is the Self-Assessment and Improvement Rubric for SL Projects, structured in twelve pedagogical dynamisms that evolve into four mastery levels. Its main use is to encourage the analysis and discussion of the pedagogical features of SL experiences. The second resource is the Service-Learning Values Map, which proposes an inventory of the most prevalent values in this practice. Its application allows educational teams to become aware of the values activated in each project and to encourage their presence insofar as possible
