Abstract

This article covers both the construction and the development of a community service-learning project that was implemented in the Almería neighborhood located on the outskirts of the city. The intention was to promote the joint training of secondary school teenagers and university students as agents of change, in addition to promoting cooperative relationships among the different professionals of the public sector, university, and social entities in the area as a means of improving different aspects of the community.
