Abstract

During her stay in Cuba, María Zambrano wrote an article for Bohemia magazine called “Cinema at the University”, which has remained forgotten until now. Given the small number of texts that she dedicated to cinema, the cinematographic reflections that Zambrano pours into this article are of undoubted interest. We aim to contextualize and present the article, which broadens the horizons of the relationship between Zambrano and the cinema, not fully investigated to date.
