María Zambrano and Octavio Paz, a table of vital categories: loneliness and failure

We return to the time of Mar.a Zambrano’s short stay in Morelia to locate the relationship she had with Octavio Paz, whom she had known since 1938. A mutual recognition that will take place based on two important themes, loneliness and failure, within the reflection of "Hispanic studies”, shared by them and at the key moment of the beginning of the exile of the thinker and her luminous work.
