Migrations transform the social system in terms that determine the spatial system to which they are adapted. Cross-displacement within the framework of the Bosnia-Herzegovina War has not only affected its social and demographic composition, but has also modified its landscape, and both the exercise of violence linked to the war and the excluding
spatial design of the post-war are traceable. Thus, we expose how the social and spatial reconfiguration of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Sarajevo is the result of a process of simplification and homogenization through crossed migrations.
Keywords: Bosnian War, urban systems, forced displacement, violence, biopower.
