L'ús de la tecnologia de suport (T.A.) a l'ensenyament de l'anglès a l'alumnat amb necessitat específica de suport educatiu (NEAE) en temps de Covid-19

L'ús de la tecnologia de suport (T.A.) en l'aprenentatge d'idiomes ha experimentat un gran auge en les darreres dècades gràcies als nous avenços tecnològics i al desenvolupament de nombroses eines digitals (Huang et al., 2016; Khan et al., 2020). En aquesta investigació s'analitzen els coneixements i la competència del professorat a l'ús de la T.A. per a l'alumnat amb necessitats específiques de suport educatiu (NEAE) en general, i específicament a l'aprenentatge de l'anglès com a llengua estrangera, així com la seva experiència durant la pandèmia per Covid-19. Les dades quantitatives i qualitatives es van obtenir a través d'eines de mesura, com ara enquestes realitzades a un total de 110 docents i un debat semiestructurat amb un grup focus de 10 docents de llengua anglesa de diversos centres escolars preuniversitaris. Els resultats evidencien mancances entre el professorat en coneixements i competències a l'ocupació de la T.A. per a lalumnat amb NEAE, així com la necessitat de millorar tant laccés a recursos tecnològics com la formació dels docents en aquest àmbit.
