Author Guidelines

Aims and scope

The articles should focus on subjects related to the impact of ICT on education and new emerging forms of teaching and learning in digital environments. DER will consider research works as well as reviews and theoretical reflections.

DER will only consider original, unpublished manuscripts that have not been submitted for publication elsewhere. DER suggests reviewing the previous papers published by DER that may be related to the proposal.

Manuscripts Admitted

  • Peer-Reviewed Articles: Miscellaneous articles that have passed the double-blind peer review process carried out by at least two experts.
  • Monographic Articles: Articles centered on a specific subject emerging from a special call for papers, co-edited by a guest editor. Monographic articles are also subjected to a double-blind peer review process.
  • Reviews: Short articles about books, software, websites, or PhD theses evaluated by the journal's editors.
