Abstract

La imagen icnográfica de una retaguardia republicana tomada por milicianos armados hasta los dientes perpetrando todo genero de excesos, es una mas de las falsificaciones históricas que el franquismo ha sabido transmitir con notable éxito a la memoria colectiva de varias generaciones de españoles. Durante el gobierno de centro-derecha de Lerroux, se produce una oleada de solicitudes de licencias de armas largas y cortas por personas ubicadas ideológicamente en la ultraderecha, destacándose las solicitudes para legalizar pistolas y revólveres, peticiones que se acentúan a principio de 1936 hasta las elecciones municipales de febrero de ese ano...................
