Abstract

The problem of water pollution and fraud around the spirit manufacture was conditioned the cities development. Reus, is one of the most important cities involved in the business, it has had to adapt to new realities. The distribution of sewage was disadvantaged for neighbours and it was a topic of long and difficult solution. It was necessary to hold strict control to prevent fraudulent deceptions. Artisans and producers were involved in the manufacture of pipes that did not meet standards in order to get more profits.
