Abstract

Over the past three decades, the growing presence of indigenous women at international organizations and transnational resistance spaces has led to a more intense relationship with other Global Social Movements, which has also urged them to provide a more precise definition of their identity. This article examines the articulation of and the interaction between the global feminist movement and indigenous women and analyzes the limits of a dialogical relationship that does not force Indigenous Women to abandon the nature of their identity.
