Abstract

This is the monograph of issue 8 of the journal Anuario de Filología. Estudios de Lingüística, devoted to the study of the historical morphology of the Catalan language. The reason that has prompted us to publish it has been the desire to contribute to the dissemination of the research that is being carried out in this field at various universities in the Catalan-speaking countries. This monograph is made up of five contributions, each of which analyses an aspect of the historical morphology of the Catalan language, whether nominal or verbal, inflectional or derivational, with a phonomorphological or morphosyntactic approach.
