In this article I intend to demonstrate how the dialectic in its deconstructive phase allows to influence in the so-called legal dogmatism, understanding this concept as a certain and immutable phenomenon self-absorbed underneath dogmas and absolute truths; factor which in an educational field, has precluded legal analysts to a cognitive openness to new representation schemes about this knowledge topic .Thus, the Pure Theory of Law will be used as a framework, through which it may be determined the social and cognitive gap that has led to have the norm as a unique object of knowledge. In such context, dialectic will be presented as a link of otherness that contributes with the factual issues of the societies.Downloads
