Abstract

The implementation of the degrees as a result of the Bologna Process, has meant not only a change in the structure of degrees, but also in relation to the methodologies used in the classroom, and in the final evaluation of the students. The competency assessment has brought the need to evaluate not only the student of theoretical, but also consider acquiring other skills, ... which is usually measured through the completion of practical cases. Analyze in this paper, first, the methodology to be used in practical classes. Also be raising practices assessment, and evaluation raises problems that considering the large number of students. Finally we will refer to how practices are structured in the Faculty of Law, University of Murcia, with the problems that this fact entails, and the reflection that the use of this type of methodology has had on academic outcomes graders.
