The purpose of this study is present some methodological issues which are considered key to the design and implement a training program in the field judicial. The work is structured around three questions that we consider necessary to take into account when developing any strategy that has this goal: what do we mean by EC? How we can implement actions on EC? And, above all, for what will we want to promote EC activities in an organization? Our study can be considered as an external view of an expert in methodological issues about the training programs currently being carried out in the field of judiciary in order to clarify their internal problems and provide solutions that help improve their adequacy and efficacy.
