An experience of teaching innovation with new technologies for applying the Bologna model from philosophy of Law approach

This article analyses, firstly, some debates on Bologna’s process for changing the European university education. One of the conclusions is that students under this system learn, practicing. This is a challenge for a subject as Philosophy of Law that seems theoretical. Secondly, it is explained some teaching experiences with new technologies in the subjects Political Philosophy and Professional Ethics of Journalism. Thirdly, it is developed the programs of the subjects Theory of Law and Philosophy of Law, from a methodology based in practical cases.Downloads
