Abstract

The concern to know how the dialogue between the different people involved in service-learning (SL) projects is produced was the main driving force to start this work. Its objective is to investigate the presence and absence of the entities in the articles on SL published between 2005 and 2021, in order to subsequently construct an interview script aimed at the persons responsible for the entities. Therefore, a narrative review of the literature is carried out, and from the 163 evidences collected, the starting point is the construction of an inquiry tool based on the presence and absence found in the literature. It can be concluded that the narrative review of the literature shows the absence of voice of the entities in the University SL projects, and that most of the time it is the university students who speak for them, which leads us to make a proposal to compensate for this gap.
