Diagnostic evaluation matrix for Service-Learning topics

In its effort to institutionalise Service Learning, the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana has designed a strategy to support teachers from the community of practice who teach courses using this methodology. However, it was necessary to focalise this support since the subjects were at distinct levels of development. To achieve this, based on the educational innovation model, this diagnostic evaluation matrix was designed with its criteria and indicators, which include the principal dimensions and categories of Service Learning and its maturation process based on the metaphor of growth.
