Abstract

The practices and political speeches of liberalism changed the constitutional culture through the Liberal Trienial adding new meanings to the Constitution of 1812. The hothead liberals transformed the condition of citizenship to get closer to mainstream society. Citizens were dependent on virtue and the execution of politics, with the development of the Constitution coming in second place. Women and common people obtain access to citizenship
