Propietats Psicomètriques d'un Qüestionari per avaluar el desenvolupament competencial d'Auto Lideratge Socio-Emocional a la Modalitat Online de la Formació Superior Universitària

Resum

L'objectiu d'aquest article és dissenyar una eina que permeti avaluar el grau d'autolideratge assolit pels alumnes universitaris de postgrau (management) que cursen els estudis en modalitat en línia. Per això, s'han dissenyat i contrastat les propietats psicomètriques d'un qüestionari, que servirà de base per implementar estratègies que possibilitin un millor desenvolupament competencial socioemocional (complementant així el tècnic) de l'alumnat que participi en aquest tipus de formació. En la construcció del qüestionari s'han utilitzat ítems adaptats d'instruments ja existents que es tenen com a referents, i han estat emplenats per 706 subjectes (372 dones i 334 homes). Les anàlisis factorials exploratòries i confirmatòries realitzades mostren que el model que millor s'ajusta a les dades obtingudes es compon de quatre factors: Consciència Social; Regulació Emocional; Empatia; i Treball en Equip. La consistència interna obtinguda mitjançant l'α de Cronbach, així com en ω de McDonald, és adequada tant per al total de l'instrument com per a cadascun dels seus factors constitutius.
