Utilities and applications from the teaching function.
Teachers are privileged professionals for the detection of risk factors when a child or adolescent suffers or has suffered mistreatment due to the incompetence of those who had to care for them in their family. The impact on their development and also on their school performance can be very important. That is why teachers need to understand and adapt their educational task when responding to the needs presented by these children and adolescents affected by trauma, working as a team with other professionals specialized.
