Abstract

The pedagogical approach focused on learning in the science of law, offers the opportunity to improve teacher training and their students. In an academic paradigm shift evolve from a banking education, one of novelties, discoveries and creativity towards research. Since it comes explore, build and invent from a heuristic approach in a teacher-student binomial, reducing, or even eliminating, the unproductive transmission of information by academic development focused on learning and Humanism, starting from the laissez faire, we move the stage of the classroom to the outside, where humans live and not only records consist of a lot of inanimate folios dehumanizing objectification to the actors in a legal process.
