The assessment of learning outcomes in the European Higher Education Area is one of the issues that more doubts raised among the faculty. This article aims to establish the spanish legal framework for skills training and learning in Higher Education, describe the two major challenges in the assessment of competences and propose and identify tools to address them.Downloads
