About the Journal
on the w@terfront is an interdisciplinary and international academic journal published by the POLIS Research Centre of the University of Barcelona, whose main lines of research are urban sustainability, public space, urban design and public art.
As an international journal, on the w@terfront publishes works in Catalan, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian, with the aim of strengthening the dissemination of knowledge published in non-hegemonic languages.
on the w@terfront is free of charge and is published on a non-profit basis with the voluntary and cooperative work of teachers, researchers and other people interested in critical reflection on the journal's themes.
