No. 12 (2009): Cercles. A Journal of Cultural History 12.
A quick review of what has been published in Cercles in the journal’s first twelve issues allows us to verify the methodological concerns and identify the thematic and historical fields of study that have been our focus. Our cultural history is closely connected to political, social, institutional and intellectual history, all fields of study in which priority has been given to the ways by which individuals and groups understand and explain themselves, along with their relations to the rest of society and the general historical dynamic.
