The article is part of an action research on programs based on the creation of digital content in learning Spanish as a Foreign Language. The study is based, on the one hand, on the pedagogical justification of a useful theoretical framework based on the analysis of qualitative data (reflection and critical attitude, digital competence, affective and emotional dimension, digital content as a service, participation and cooperation); on the other hand. On the other hand, web tools or services useful for accessing, managing and creating digital content are introduced. Furthermore, and not least, the study reveals the essence of work ecosystems supported by digital tools with the aim of providing to the scientific community a space of reflection about the role of the technologies in second language learning and teaching research. Finally, the use of some web tools or services to collect data on prosumaction programs are shown.
