“Rosalía de Castro and Translation: The role played by her works in the evolution of Spanish literature”
In this article we attempt to analyze the role played by the works of Rosalía de Castro in the evolution of Spanish literature and cultural life from the perspective of translation. Her work as a translator and translated writer will help us to understand the relationship that has been established between what this author created and criticism, not only at the time and afterwards, but also in Spain and abroad.
