Valoració del desenvolupament de competències dels estudiants mitjançant mapes perceptuals: Una aplicació a la Facultat d’Economia i Empresa de la Universitat de Barcelona

El present article se centra en la generació de mapes perceptuals dels rànquings de les percepcions i les expectatives dels graduats universitaris, els professors i els empresaris respecte al desenvolupament de competències. La informació parteix d’una enquesta realitzada entre llicenciats i acadèmics de la Facultat d’Economia i Empresa de la Universitat de Barcelona i empresaris catalans. En primer lloc, es jerarquitzen les competències i habilitats desenvolupades durant els estudis universitaris. Els rànquings es combinen per als tres col·lectius amb l’objectiu de projectar visualment el posicionament dels tres tipus de competències (genèriques, personals i específiques) en mapes perceptuals generats mitjançant diferents tipus de tècniques multivariants de reducció de la dimensionalitat per dades ordinals (escalament multidimensional i components principals categòrics). A partir de l’anàlisi realitzat, s’observa un elevat consens entre els tres col·lectius pel que fa referència a la rellevància de les competències. Els mapes perceptuals permeten captar el grau de similitud entre les competències analitzades en termes del seu posicionament. D’aquesta manera, destaquen, com a millor posicionades, l’organització i planificació entre las competències genèriques; la comunicació oral i escrita entre les personals; i la capacitat d’aprenentatge entre les específiques.
