Application of Agile Methodologies to the university teaching-learning process

This proposal of teaching innovation aims to boost and bring to the business world the teaching in the subject Business Management and Organization II, taken in the fourth semester of the different degrees offered by the Faculty of Economic Sciences, so that the student participates more actively than he has been doing until now and get involved in solving the problems of real companies in the classroom. To this end, agile methodologies and technological innovations will be used, which will allow the practical application of Project-based Learning (APB).
For its implementation, the resolution of a production case by workshops is proposed, through the formation of agile teams, using Scrum and Kanban, using the Trello application for the latter. The iterative and incremental approach of this methodology will allow the student to know in a simple and practical way concepts that grow in terms of complexity, as it evolves in its resolution.
For the subject in question, the development of the solution will be carried out in five iterations or sprints, adding in each iteration new learning results, which allow to achieve the competences marked in the subject.
