Practicum in Pedagogy degree at the University of Barcelona: the map of the profession, simulated practice and immersion in an organization

The innovation work developed by the coordination team Practicum degree of Pedagogy of the University of Barcelona to organize the subjects related to the practice of professional of pedagogy is presented. In order to prepare future professionals in the more practical aspects of their training, three subjects are structured: Professionalization and employment opportunities, Practices of professional initiation and External practices. In them we work innovations as: the profile of the pedagogical professional and the map of the profession, in the first year of the degree; the practice simulated through case study, in third course; and immersion in an organization, as an external practice, accompanied by reflective practice seminars.References
