This article refers to the history of the Pedagogy practicum at the UB, visualized by the interests and concerns expressed in the publications of the PRAXIS Innovation Group. Some reflections are made on the process and characterization of the institutionalization of the UB Pedagogy practices model. In a second section, the objectives and actions undertaken since the presentation and approval of the Teaching Innovation Project (2019) are presented and analyzed. The 4 priority work areas stand out: Inclusion, Integration, Innovation and Internationalization. Given the social transformations that have occurred in recent years: the 4th Industrial Revolution, technical financial information capitalism, transformation of the labor market, cultural heterogeneity, role of the university in societies, incorporation and care of new groups in universities, the 4-I constitute in the perspective that the Practicum Coordination assumes as priorities. Finally, REDICE 2022 Research Project of the PRAXIS research group is mentioned. It emphasizes the interest of the group in carrying out methodical and systematic research work related to the inclusion and integration.
