Abstract

In this issue of "Segle XX" we continue with the commitment to present a section dedicated to dialogue between specialists, with the aim of offering readers an agile and useful tool at the same time to delve deeper and put on the table issues related to different areas. and purposes of the study of History. With the purpose of contributing to exploring the field of Environmental History from different perspectives and national origins, in July 2023 we held the debate that we presented on this occasion and which featured two historians with renowned careers such as Marco Armiero (Institut d'Història of Science, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona & Catalan Institution for Research and Advanced Studies-ICREA) and David Soto Fernández (Interuniversity Research Center for Atlantic Cultural Landscapes-CISPAC, University of Santiago de Compostela).
