Thee cross-curricular experience that we are presenting in this paper has been designed for future bilingual teachers (Spanish-English) with the aim of letting them know the CLIL approach and its endless possibilities. At the same time, the experience has been implemented in two primary and secondary schools. Thee main theme of the project is the use of the five senses within a teaching proposal whose objective is to promote communication in English as an additional language by integrating contents from different areas such as Natural Science, Social Science, Art and Music. The educational context is mainly focused in outdoor spaces, being museums and urban natural spaces the most common scene for the proposal whose goal is to underline the importance of experiential learning and outdoor learning. The results obtained in this experience have been very positive and the experts involved in the discussion groups have considered “Five Senses in the Museum” an innovative educational experience.
