The Education and Law Review symbolizes the first Journal in the Spanish language of its kind (without excluding the use of other languages). Its origin brings the cause of the market gap of scientific support of such nature. It will be published on a semi-annual basis, in September and March, being completed with the edition of extraordinary issues not subject to a fixed periodicity.. It is conceived as a means of production and scientific dissemination of technical work, studies and research; teaching experiences, etc., of national scope and of Comparative Law (in digital and paper format), open to a heterogeneous spectrum of sectors: university preferably (teachers of different disciplines and Sciences); professionals of the legal profession and solicitors; Notary and Registry; Judiciary; bodies of the different Public Administrations like the State Advocacy and many others; European Institutions and, in general, the world of Education. Its structure is constantly adjusted to the following five sections: Presentation; Monographic section; Studies, investigations and reports; Teaching experiences and reviews. Education and Law Review is born with the requirements required to enjoy recognized qualification according to the standards and quality criteria foreseen so that Scientific Journals are indexed in the main national and international Databases: CINDOC (Superior Council of Scientific Research), LATINDEX (Regional Online Information System for Scientific Journals of Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal), RDALYC (Electronic Library of Social Sciences and Humanities), etc. Currently, the Education and Law Review is recognized in the Specific Databases CINDOC, LATINDEX, RESH (Spanish Journals of Social Sciences and Humanities), DICE (Diffusion and Editorial Quality of the Spanish Journals of Humanities and Social and Legal Sciences), CARHUS, ESCI (Emerging Sources Citation Index) and e-Magazines. It has also been catalogued by CNEAI (National Commission for the Evaluation of Research), ANECA (National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation) and LATINDEX, complying with 94%, 86% and 94% respectively of the evaluation requirements.

 

Call of Papers - 16 Junio 2021

First extraordinary issue of the Education and Law Review (indexed in JCR emerging, among other national and international databases) and which will focus on Goal Number 4 (Education) included in the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda . This monograph will be titled: Higher Education, Human Rights and SDG No. 4 in the context of the Internationalization of Higher Education.
